1949 Norton ES3

This tank was worked on or repaired by someone else. A welder. Before I met the owner.
He wondered if I was capable of reworking it, and metal finishing it so it could be chromed.
Seemed like a daunting challenge, so I said "sure", anyway. Lol
Turns out that it needed some paint and stripes applied, so the decision was made to plate it with nickel rather than chrome. For better adhesion.
The stripes and paint panel have yet to be applied as of this date.
A couple pics of similar machines were taken from the internet for reference.

Hello again! 😎
Here is a group of pics from a project previously posted, some of you out there may remember. The next stage one might say.
Its a 50s Dodge Power Wagon slid on top of a late model 2000's 3/4 ton Dodge chassis.
The first stage was to lengthen the cab, while converting to a su***de door 4 door. This was highlighted in a previous post.
But...with the cab more substantial, I found the front sheetmetal sort of pug- nosed looking.
As well, the 24 valve Cummins needed more forward spacing, rather than extending that distance rearward into the cabin.
The decision was made to lengthen the two 2 piece hood, the two hood sides, and the two fenders. Along with the hinges that allow the hood halves to open and the hood sides to pivot upward. I actually had to create special tools to fabricate the hinge extensions to match existing.
Looking thru the pics-which I haven't seen in a while, this post includes building the rear floor, the rockers, and the 6 cab mounts. And mounting the rad, intercooler and grill shell structure. Whew!
Enjoy the pics.

This27 ish Model T Coupe street rod was created from a bone stock original body, but one that was in pretty decent shape. Built the chassis in house to a pencil design I drew based on the rake and stance the customer agreed to.
Aluminum headed 351W. C4 trans. 9" Ford.
Speedway chromed axle. 4 wheel discs.
Fabbed track T ish grill shell inc the shock mounts. Hand made polished grill insert.
The chop is not standard T fare, as its angle chopped, and the rockers have an angle as well, to create a wedge shape to the build. Rear window is stock height, but lowered to align with the chopped quarter windows.
Hand fabbed su***de hinges. Smoothed cowl.
Master is located under the dash using a bell crank. Lokar shifter. Power windows. Shaved handles doors and deck lid. Electric actuators.
Altered ford F1 side steer box under dash as well.
Im sure im missing some items. Lol
Very pleased, and proud at its final vibe!
Check it out.

Hello everyone out there!
Yes.... I am still alive and kickin,'
And wanting to share some of the projects that have been happening in the shop for the last couple years (or more). Just wanted to take a social media hiatus. Most would understand.
Im going to share pics intermittently just so its not overwhelming to you or me! I think I have over 1500 pics on file! Lol
And for the record, Im not going to be super responsive to every comment. Nor am I doing this to book in work.
Just wanting to share- for sharing's sake.
I hope you as an individual find something in the upcoming posts that you enjoy!!
