In this role, you’ll be an important part of the customer experience—from answering questions and coordinating orders to scheduling appointments, processing ICBC glass claims, and working alongside our installers to keep everything running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ A strong communicator and problem-solver
✅ Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
✅ Someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service

Experience in customer service, administration, ICBC claims, Sage Accounting, or the glass/automotive/construction industry is a bonus—but the right attitude matters most!

Our crew has been hard at work installing frames and glass at the Lheidli T'enneh First Nation Ancient Forest Interpretive Centre, even braving the cold the last few days to ensure our glass was installed in a timely manner.

We were happy to partner with PRD Construction on this project and are excited to see the final product once complete!
