I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.

It was the first time in almost 2 decades, I left my the doctor’s office feeling good about myself.

Alright Nitro Nation...Here is an updated version of the schedule. The only adjustment was Test and Tune Friday will run from 2pm to 5pm with our gamblers race happening after. If you haven't let us know yet, please DM if you would like Racer Appreciation Dinner tickets. Again, that dinner is by donation and catered by Two Rivers Catering. The countdown has begun!

Steve out playing in the mustang for the 2nd Friday Night Drags. Last light was the best of the night for him. Now to work on the timing before the brackets
