Job description
Candidate we are looking for is motivated by new challenges, can balance their workflow effectively, has an eye for detail and has keen organizational skills. In addition, they have experience in scheduling and customer service, not shying away from completing paperwork in a timely manner. The also have good communication skills -effectively relaying information between different parties- and are personable with all types of individuals. Ideally, our candidate has a passion for the power sports industry, and interest in ATVs, snowmobiles, boats and other power sports. Daily Responsibilities:
Service Counter
Answer service calls.
Greet customers at the service counter
Pull parts for service orders
Book in service appointments
Keep up to date on customer units coming in and going out
Check service e-mails
Cleaning

Keeping personal area tidy
Maintain a professional appearance in adherence with dress code.
Performs other cleaning duties as required

Training
Using main computerized programs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Benefits:
Extended health care

Schedule:
8 hour shift

Experience:
Service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
