Prince George Motorsports is looking for a Service Advisor to join our highly productive service team!!

We are seeking someone who enjoys communicating with customers as well as team members and is self-motivated to help carry the service department to success.

You will be:
    •    working closely with our mechanics and parts department
    •    dispatching jobs to our technicians
    •    helping our customers both on the phone and at the counter
    •    answering service phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
    •    preparing estimates for customers
    •    explaining repairs required to customers

Required Skills/Experience
    •    5+ years’ experience in the recreational sports industry
    •    Capable of meeting physical demands
    •    Knowledge of quoting repair options
    •    Strong mechanical aptitude with the desire to learn, to support and direct the technical questions
    •    Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
    •    Forklift experience
