Haha, I was leading into somthing near the end and lost my train of thought.
I think what I was trying to get at, the end of the video was that with proper rebiult forks, with quality parts and lubrication and some effort by the owner to keep the lower fork tubes clean. A rider can get many seasons between services. The biggest mistake that guys make is riding the bike with dried crusty mud on the forks. You dont have to wash the bike every ride, but I highly recommend using and rag and old toothbrush to clean any dried mud from the lower chrome tube before riding.

We are super excited to offer a Walker Evans Velocity shocks upgrade package! First set was sent back to the client this afternoon. When these arrived, I found 2 had no gas pressure at all. Plus a collusion had knocked one ski shock out if position, which is common on that shock. ( I have pulled many back with out leaking afterwards) My client is 240lbs before gear and cargo. These stock springs are simply not sufficient for a heavier rider or an aggressive rider. Also note how deformed the ski shock springs look after removing.
My client opted for some modification to the valving to increase hold up and bump absorption plus these made in the USA springs. Also the clamps to prevent shock damage during tree collisions etc. We have now corrected all the deficiencies these shocks which will result in more control more confidence and less wasted energy while out in the backcountry!

Although this video focuses on KYB snow shocks, all stock snowmobile shocks have a basic design that can easily be improved.
You can clearly see the KYB are designed to economical for the manufacturer and not for preformance..
