❤️🏁 THOMPSON MOTORSPORTS — ONE FAMILY RACERS 🏁❤️

As the 2026 racing season comes to an end, The Thompson Motorsports wants to send a special message to all of our One Family Racers. This season has been filled with incredible moments, hard work, learning experiences, challenges, and memories that we will carry with us for years to come. But most importantly, it has been about supporting one another, growing together, and becoming more than just racing friends. We truly have become ONE FAMILY!

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize each of our amazing drivers and celebrate everything they have accomplished this season. ❤️

🏁 Mya Vandebelt — Our Newly Named “Rolling Spindles”

Mya, WOW! What an amazing race you put on yesterday! You took some big chances by starting on the pole for one race and second for the other. That is a HUGE change from starting at the back of the pack all season, and we couldn’t be prouder of you for stepping up, believing in yourself, and showing everyone what you can do!

Congratulations on an amazing rookie year in racing! You have learned so much, grown so much, and shown us that you are ready to take those chances and make things happen out on that track.

We also have to say that after your scary accident yesterday, seeing you go along the wall and the car make a complete turn, we were all extremely concerned. We were so relieved and happy to hear that you were okay! You have become like one of our own children, and when something like that happens, our hearts drop just as they would for our own family. That’s what being One Family means to us. We care about you far beyond what happens on the track.

Now that we have seen what you are capable of, we absolutely cannot wait to see what next season brings for you!

And with that being said, you have officially earned yourself a new name within our team… ROLLING SPINDLES! 😂❤️🏁

🏁 Gracelynn (Let'r Run Racing) — Our Girl Moving On to the Next Chapter

Gracelynn, you have had an excellent season, and we couldn’t be happier to see you closing off your junior late model career on such a positive note!

You have come such a long way, not only with your racing skills but also with coming out of your shell. Watching you grow in confidence, find your voice, and become more comfortable around everyone has been just as special as watching you improve on the track.

And let’s be honest… we all know Ethan is the brother you never had — and probably never wanted! 😂❤️ But that’s part of what makes this group so special. The friendships, the teasing, the laughs, and the memories are what make this racing family what it is.

We are so proud of you and everything you have accomplished. As you move into your new class next season, we will be cheering you on every step of the way. We cannot wait to see what this next chapter has in store for you!

🏁 Jacob (Vandy Motorsports )— Our Cheeseburger!

Jacob, you have had a great year, and it has been so much fun watching you work hard out on the track!

One thing we absolutely love seeing is your willingness to get in there and work on your own car at such a young age. That kind of dedication, determination, and willingness to learn will take you a long way in this sport. Racing isn’t just about what happens behind the wheel; it’s about understanding your car, putting in the work, and never being afraid to learn something new.

Keep working hard, keep learning, and keep pushing yourself to be better every time you hit the track.

Way to go, CHEESEBURGER! We are proud of you and look forward to seeing what you accomplish next season! ❤️🏁

🏁 Tanner (Storm Shell Racing) — Our Rookie Who Never Gave Up!

Tanner, you have come such a long way in your rookie year, and we are so proud of you!

Every racing season comes with its challenges, and you certainly had one of those moments when you rolled your car. But what matters most is that you didn’t let that experience defeat you. You got back into the car, kept going, and didn’t give up for the remainder of the season. That takes courage, determination, and a whole lot of heart!

One of our favourite things to see is how excited and happy you get when you beat your last lap time. The way you light up and make sure everyone knows about it reminds us exactly why we love this sport. Those little improvements are BIG victories, and you should be proud of every single one!

Keep believing in yourself, keep pushing forward, and never lose that excitement for racing. We can’t wait to see how much more you grow next season!

Way to go, Tanner! ❤️🏁

❤️ ONE FAMILY — MORE THAN JUST RACING!

One of the greatest things about this season has been watching all of our teams come together. Whether it was helping each other out at the track, cheering each other on from the stands, supporting one another from home when other commitments got in the way, or squeezing in as many car shows as we possibly could throughout the summer, we have shown what being a racing family is all about.

We have celebrated wins, encouraged each other through tough moments, shared laughs, offered helping hands, and made memories that go far beyond the racetrack.

And we aren’t finished yet! We still have TWO MORE HALLOWEEN CAR SHOWS to attend together, and we are looking forward to making even more memories before we officially put a wrap on this season!

🏆 CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL FIVE OF OUR RACE CAR DRIVERS!

Every single one of you has had an amazing season in your own way. You have shown growth, determination, courage, sportsmanship, and a willingness to keep learning. You have also shown just how much support you have behind you, both on and off the track.

Always remember that you are not doing this alone. You have people in your corner who care about you, believe in you, cheer for you, and want to see you succeed. We are proud of each and every one of you, not just for the drivers you are becoming, but for the people you are growing into.

Keep being yourselves, keep working hard, keep supporting each other, and never forget the friendships and memories that this sport has brought into your lives.

From all of us at The Thompson Motorsports, thank you for being part of our racing family and for making this season so special. We are so proud to be part of your journeys, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds for every one of you!

Because at the end of the day, trophies, checkered flags, and lap times are only part of the story. The friendships, the support, the love, and the people standing beside you are what truly matter.

Can’t forget about the siblings that tag along to support their siblings and the other racers at the track and car shows. Thanks to Kaitlyn, Sean, Lizzy, Georgia and Maizie.

We are more than racing teams. We are more than friends. We are ONE FAMILY! ❤️🏁

🏁 CHAMPIONSHIP NIGHT — THAT’S A WRAP ON THE 2026 SEASON! 🏁

What a way to finish off our final race of the season! Championship Night definitely threw everything it had at Thompson Motorsports, and it was one of those nights that tested our patience, our teamwork, and our determination right until the very end!

Practice 1: We didn’t get much of a chance to really feel out the car, as Ethan spun while following another driver closely. To make things even more interesting, the car wouldn’t restart because the starter wire had come off. Just like that, we were already working through a few challenges!

Practice 2: Before practice, Ethan felt something come loose as he went to shift into third gear. It turned out the shifter had come undone from the tin kit. Once that was sorted out, the car felt alright during practice, but the team decided to make a few changes heading into Heat 1.

Heat 1: Ethan would start P2 and drop down from the high side to P4 on lap 2. On lap 3, a car spun on the front stretch, allowing us to gain a position and move up to P3, where we would bring the car home. The team would head back to work, making even more adjustments before Heat 2.

Heat 2: Ethan would once again start P2 and settle into P3 before the changes we had made left the car extremely loose, ultimately causing him to spin. As he went through the grass, the nose caught and unfortunately put a hole in the radiator. Thankfully, the amazing track staff helped us catch the problem in time! A huge thank-you to them, because without that, our night could have ended right there.

The Feature: This is where the real teamwork came into play! With a damaged radiator and very little time, it was an absolute THRASH to get the car back together. So many amazing people jumped in to help get a new rad installed, and somehow, we got the car ready in time to make the feature!

Ethan would start on the pole, but the car was still extremely loose on cold tires, causing us to fall back to P7. We ran there for a few laps before another car spun and brought out the caution. With two cars sent to the back, we would restart in P5. Ethan got a great restart and worked his way up to P3, holding that position for five laps before eventually falling back to P4, where he would finish the final race of our season!

Was it the finish we were hoping for on Championship Night? Maybe not. Was it a night full of challenges, hard work, determination, and people coming together to make sure we could keep racing? ABSOLUTELY!

This season has been a learning experience with a new car, some amazing moments, checkered flags, frustrating mishaps, and plenty of lessons along the way. Nights like this remind us that racing is about so much more than what happens on the track. It’s about the people standing beside you, the ones jumping in when things go wrong, and the ones who refuse to give up when it would be easier to call it a night.

A HUGE SHOUTOUT to Phil for spotting for Ethan and helping guide him through every lap. We couldn’t do it without you!

And an absolutely MASSIVE THANK-YOU to Doug Let'r Run Racing , Josh Storm Shell Racing, Paul Toms, Jeff Toms, Bobbie Toms, Dan Price, William Pickford, JT Whyte of 55 Racing, and Nikki Whyte! Whether it was lending a hand, turning wrenches, helping get the radiator changed, getting us parts or doing whatever needed to be done to get us back on track, every bit of help meant the world to us. It takes a village to go racing, and we are so grateful to have people like you in ours!

To our family, friends, partners, supporters, and everyone who has cheered Ethan on throughout the 2026 season, THANK YOU! Your support through the good nights and the tough ones never goes unnoticed.

And just like that, the 2026 racing season is officially in the books! We may be hanging up the helmet for now, but the memories, friendships, lessons, and moments that made this season special will stay with us long after the final checkered flag.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We appreciate every single one of you!

THOMPSON MOTORSPORTS — 2026 SEASON, THAT’S A WRAP! 🏁❤️

Also a huge thanks to the nice gentleman that tried to help us get our truck out of the parking spot because someone was parked in a spot they shouldn’t have parked in so the truck was stuck and Kimberly ended up being late for work because of them.

Good job guys. It was amazing and even Ethan was able to make it on for an interview with none other than JBJ (around the 48:32 mark).
