Looking for a Parts Delivery Driver

Must be: reliable, friendly, hardworking, able to lift auto parts, hold a valid G drivers licence.

Key responsibilities include:

Timely Delivery & Drop-off: Transport items safely to assigned locations, verifying addresses and obtaining required delivery signatures, proof of delivery, or payment on arrival.

Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of face-to-face customer contact, providing courteous service, addressing basic inquiries, and handling complaints professionally.

Cargo Operations: Carefully load, secure, organize, and unload packages or cargo to prevent damage, ensuring correct package sequencing for efficient delivery.

Safe Vehicle Operation: Operate company vehicles strictly in accordance with local traffic laws, weather-specific driving techniques, and defensive driving practices to minimize accident risks and secure surrounding traffic.

30-40 hours per week
$18-$20 per hour

We are looking for a professional and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively and handle a variety of administrative duties in a professional manner. This person will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting activities including maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, preparing invoices, preparing monthly financial reports, and overseeing accounts payable/receivable. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and time management skills, be detail-oriented, and have a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities include:
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Managing the general ledger and preparing financial statements.
- Reconciling accounts and bank statements.
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
- Generating and processing invoices.
- Assisting with budget preparation.
- Developing and maintaining internal control procedures.
- Resolving financial discrepancies.
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing calendars
- Maintaining filing systems
- Creating and sending correspondences
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting with special projects as needed
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
