Meet the Team!

Tristan is the youngest member of our team, but don't let that fool you-he's already built an impressive career in the automotive trade. Tristan joined us as a Level 2 Apprentice and worked hard to earn his full Licensed Automotive Technician certification in the fall of 2025. His dedication, drive, and willingness to learn have made him a valued part of the team.

If you happen to see Tristan heading out for a run on his lunch break, there's a good reason - he's currently training for a triathlon! When he's not working or training, he enjoys cycling, fishing, hitting the gym, and spending time outdoors. He is also a big fan of concerts and country music, so there's a good chance you'll find him enjoying some live music when he's not under the hood or training for his next challenge.

Young, motivated, and always ready to take it on, Tristan is a great addition to the Napa AUTOPRO team.

Becky brings 9 years of experience as a Service Advisor, helping customers navigate the world of automotive with knowledge, honesty, and a healthy dose of her slightly sarcastic sense of humour. Before joining the automotive service world, Becky spent 10 years owning and operating a gas station in Dunnville. This gives her plenty of experience working with people and understanding what great customer service is all about.

When Becky isn't at work, you'll most likely find her spending time with her daughter, Hailey. Together they enjoy thrifting, swimming, baking, and checking out all kinds of festivals. And if you ever get the chance to try one of Becky's brownies, don't pass it up - they are to die for!

Meet the Team!

Spencer is the heart of the shop and a true automotive wizard! With more than 13 years of experience as a mechanic, Spencer has built an incredible depth of knowledge and a reputation for being the guy who somehow always knows how to get things done.

He started his journey with Napa AutoPro in 2017 as a mechanic and worked his way up to Service Manager. Along the way, his ability to juggle just about anything thrown his way has made him an amazing multitasker and an essential part of the team.

Outside of the shop, Spencer is a proud husband to Emily and Dad to his two boys, Parker and Eli. When he's not busy with family life, you might find him out hunting, hitting the golf course when he can, or cheering on his favourite football team. The Denver Broncos🏈

Spencer's combination of automotive expertise, leadership, quick thinking, and a great love for his family makes him an important part of what keeps the shop running - and running well!
