Why we build trailers?
After years of buying,using and repairing trailers, we decided to start building quality trailers. Built to withstand our harsh Saskatchewan/Albertan roads.
No we dont build 1000s a year and no we dont have fancy manufacturing facilities with 10,000 employees. What Jakd does have is knowledge of what works and what doesnt. Big manufacturers are not worried if a trailer holds up or withstands our harsh enviroments , they are worried about volume and money. Some boast about powder coating or what materials they use. Thing is, they are not using materials properly. From aluminum-steel corrosion issues, to using square tubing and not drilling mositure weep holes, all they care about is selling as many as they can as quick as they can.
There are quality products out there and cheap products out there. No one is perfect including us. But educating the consumer and striving for long lasting product is where we at Jakd Automotive stand.

-12 gauge soldered wiring with led lights
-Spare tire holder
-Rub rail with stake pockets
-Adjustable pintle coupler
-Treated 2x6 decking with commercial fasteners.
-Any tubing used has been drilled for moistire weeping.
