Folks, if your Polaris Ranger 1000 or 900 is hard to shift or chattering before engaging, don't wait.
These are 2 different transmissions with 2 failures.
1 - the shift pawl broke which eventually led to the s**t cable breaking. I've seen this pawl broken a few times now...
2 - reverse gear was impossible to grab after it had been grinding all summer. A few gears and a few more labour dollars and it's back shifting normally.
Ramming a Polaris transmission into gear only makes the problem worse...

AudioToGo (ATG) wireless speakers.
The Rugged and the Mini. The mini comes with a small handlebar mount as well as an optional watercraft mount kit! Great little speakers at a good price. Either one is just $80, the watercraft mount is an extra $40.
The Rugged cylinder is limited quantities, I have 2 in stock and cannot order more!

Showcasing a couple of the tire repair kits/options for trail and semi-permanent repair. Use the plug kit in your vehicles too!! The Black Jack Tire plug tools are the real deal!! The big kit comes with 2 different thickness of plugs.
Limited stock at the moment but more will be brought in!!

To service a quad one must first find the drain plugs....Anybody have a Hotsy and a small tractor? I don't want to shove...

Good ole rust weld. These were never coming out apparently. We had to disassemble the shaft and after chisels and air hammers didn't help and the slide hammer was unusually ineffective.... The inner CV joint was then cut off until the diff could be disassembled. New hubs in order. 4 hours later for a 5 minute job....

Spring Upgrade!! This Can-Am Commander is getting a spring upgrade to deal with the added capacity of a rear seat/roll cage. They'll also help with body roll/stability when the track system gets bolted on soon! Stay tuned for that!!

A fresh shave to this Polaris RZR 900 cylinder head should help keep it from pushing coolant into the reservoir...
Add in Hot Cams shim conversion kit and a BoonDocker automatic timing chain tensioner and the motor will be good to go for a long time. Valve adjustments are cheaper and easier using readily available shims instead of $80+ buckets... The problematic hydraulic tensioner can cause no more rattle issues as the BoonDocker setup uses an automatic tensioner.

So we ordered a set of Tender Springs from Cutter Loose and very quickly went from sagged Fox piggyback shocks needing springs to tear down and fluid changes on all 4 corners. They were not leaking but 1 shock had a 3" dead spot.
All are back on the machine and ready to rock once ride height is set!
Folks, your piggyback and remote reservoir shocks need servicing just like the rest of your machine!
These are on a 2015 RZR 900S and it applies to anything with "performance shocks". We can also sell you upgrades for stock shocks!
