Just wanted to extend my gratitude and appreciation to Petawawa Toyota. A huge shout out to both Jeremy and Kyle in your service department who went out of their way to rectify a problem whereas the middle seat in my 2020 Sienna couldn’t be removed. Both gentlemen worked at the problem and were able to fix it. Part of the mechanism had become disconnected and they rectified the situation with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Your dealership is exceptional in so many ways. From Sarah who cheerfully answers the phone to all the people in the service department as well as the mechanics, Amanda who sends out helpful appointment reminders, Petawawa Toyota is in a league of it’s own. Keep up the great work everyone and kudos to the ownership for being so community focused as well.
