A day in the Life of an Auto Body Apprentice at Fix Auto Gloucester

Cleaning cars, looking over damage and checking parts so technician can complete the repair efficiently.
Scanning Cars looking for codes.
Learning how to Repair and replace glass components such as windshields, windows and sunroofs.
Sanding Body panels for the painter.
Learning how to Repair and replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components as per manufacturer’s specifications
Learning how to Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills.
Learning how to Repair and replace glass components such as windshields, windows and sunroofs.

Requirements :

This is an entry leave position with room to grow for the right candidate.
A knowledge of cars is an asset.
A drives license and clean driving record is a must.

Fix Auto Ottawa Airport/Gloucester are Now Hiring!!!

We are an extremely BUSY AUTOBODY SHOP are looking for several members to add to our team.

We are looking for a detailer/parts person. This person is responsible for checking in cars, pre and post scans, maintaining parts and updating them in our management system and final cleans on cars. This could be an entry level position for someone who wants to get into the trade must be self motivated, good at cleaning and have a passion for cars. Must have a valid Drivers license with a clean driving record.

We are looking for an Auto Body Estimator. This person would be responsible for Customer service, uploading estimate to insurance and fleet companies. This person needs a good understanding of work flow in a shop. Experience an asset.
