Ontario! Why? Went to the Ministry today and they informed me that I require an appraisal to transfer ownership. Perhaps I should have had it appraised when the transmission was broken and the brakes shocks fog lights tail lights wipers etc. required replacement. Appraisal value $1.

Total rookie mistake. Lol. Before going to safety the front fog lights would not turn on. I trouble shoot. Find the relay remove it plug it back in and voila, fog lights work. What a lesson. Older cars have older relays old relays get build up on the contacts. Grab some sand paper and clean up your dirty contacts. Totally learned this in 1993.
