We show up at a job the other day. Before we even started on the job I told the guy his truck was nearly a lost cause…
A few hours later, he came out to see his truck looking spotless. After all the bad news I gave him beforehand, he really had no choice but to be impressed.
My friend (owner of ) was happy with the job and that we were able to get his truck sorted out.
