To which I take every referral with appreciation and dedication.
Among many other referral's, this amazing couple was referred to me by a co-worker & friend. And when you hear a customer say, "I really like this girl" your lips curl in appreciation, you know you must be doing something right. Building a good rapport with trust and creating a fun experience with your clientele is so important in bringing customer satisfaction and building a long time customer clientele base, I take great pride!
So they already purchased a 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4, loved it so much, that they wanted the same truck only 1 year newer and diesel instead of gas. This vehicle search of course was one of those hard to find sought after vehicles. AT4's are in such demand, let alone finding a diesel. With all their specs, and in their budget, we managed to find their desired vehicle.
I truly appreciate every customer and customer referral's that sit down at my desk and allow me to make their vehicle purchasing experience one worth sharing my name and referring me to the world!

2019 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali Duramax
What a challenge!!! Love a challenge!!! So proud of this challenge!!!
It starts with gathering all the specs and must haves in the desired vehicle...check!
First challenge: Do we have this vehicle on our lot? Nope!
Second challenge: Do a Province wide search and find 10 possibly available.
Third challenge: Contact all 10 dealerships to see what is available to dealer trade or buy.
Fourth challenge: The wait...to find out 9 out of 10 sold.
Fifth challenge: The vehicle that is available is 11 hours away.
Sixth challenge: Calling all local transport company's, at least a dozen, to find out not one trucking company will truck into Nowhere Land and pick up this truck.
Seventh challenge: Beg and plead with a transport company to help us out. To which they finally agreed but was going to take 30-45 days and an astronomical fee. This of course does not work with me nor the customer.
Eighth challenge: Find another option to have vehicle transported, with a much lower cost.
Ninth challenge: Find willing drivers to go the distance.
Tenth challenge: Having hired two drivers to drive up and into a remote location, spend the night and drive the vehicle back the next day, all at a cost much less, and to arrive back in one piece, with no scratches, dents, chips, etc. The customer was willing to take the chance and split the transport cost with us.
The outcome.....
The truck arrived back in perfect condition, and was delivered to the customer who thanked me profusely for make it happen!!! Challenge excepted...Challenge completed!

Ever have you your life flash before your eyes, or perhaps a deer stare you in the face??? That's what happened to this lucky lady, I say lucky 'cause she's lucky to be alive after another vehicle struck a deer and it landed on the hood of her vehicle and stared her in the face. Needless to say, her vehicle was written off and lucky for her she walked away with a few bumps and bruises. She wanted the exact same vehicle as the one she previously owned and lucky for us, we had the one! These are one of those times where you wish you had purchased the extra warranty pkg., Gap insurance, maybe even life insurance. We all seem to cross our fingers that nothing will ever happen to us...But in a blink of an eye, out of no where, the worst can happen. Don't wait until it does, cause it may be to late. 2019 Buick Encore Essence AWD
They did their research, found the one of interest, traveled the distance to Gus Brown Port Perry, sat down at my desk, told me exactly what they wanted, including the warranty plan and paint protection. You may notice I took pictures in our drive through bay...why you ask, cause we take great care for our customers. They had ceramic paint protection applied to the vehicle, we kept it inside over night away from the elements to cure. They were so happy and ecstatic to take delivery of there new wheels. "Rudy" they call it...what a perfect name!!

2019 GMC Sierra 1500 Limited SLE
This was one of those lessons learned. His previous vehicle was serviced with many after market parts (due to pricing) instead of the parts meant for the truck. Sometimes going with the less expensive ends up costing you more in the long run. His vehicle ran into some serious issues, all due to using the aftermarket parts and by doing that, it made his warranty voided including the extended warranty. "Always read the fine lines in between" Having said that...he needed a new vehicle, and that's were I come in. I was happy to help, help him sort out the situation and put him into a brand new Sierra. And of course, delivery day was the day of the big snow storm.
