OCMC BANQUET – XC AWARDS CLARIFICATION

Just a quick clarification regarding our upcoming OCMC Banquet!

The XC Final Round and Overall Awards were already presented at Maple Hill Farm.
With these awards already handed out, XC awards will no longer be part of the OCMC Banquet presentation this year.

However, we will still be recognizing & announcing our High Points Riders at banquet!

Thank you to all our XC riders and families for an incredible 2026 season!

TRANSPONDER RENTALS
Transponders available for rent are LIMITED!
35.00 per unit PLUS a deposit for this event.
If you can borrow a transponder from a friend, PLEASE DO SO!
This will help ensure everyone has one for race day!

FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE!
Come hungry! Food service will be available throughout the event!

The crew has been putting in some serious hours to bring you an AMAZING course for our upcoming 6-Hour Race!
We've mapped out approximately 14 KM of trails, with some fresh sections and exciting terrain to keep things interesting!
We can't wait for everyone to see what we've been working on!

We are SO lucky & excited to be hosting our amazing 6 Hour Race at a BRAND NEW location this year!

Our incredible crew has been putting in countless hours behind the scenes, working hard to get everything ready! From prepping the track to cutting in FRESH NEW TRAILS, they're making sure this year's event is one to remember! 🌲💪
We can't thank everyone enough for the time, hard work, and dedication going into making this event happen!

If you currently have one, please make arrangements to return it to the club as soon as possible so we can get everything ready to hand out to our 2026 recipients at the banquet.

Tuesday the 13th, 5pm

Tasks:
Remove all hoses off the track and roll them up/put them away.
Put remaining items in storage
Drain waterline low points
Turn all hose valves half on

Need a volunteer to drive club tractor to mechanic shop and someone to follow to shuttle them back.
