A+ Auto Glass is seeking an EXPERIENCED Automotive Glass Technician
Salary: $34-$40/Hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform windshield repairs and replacements on various makes and models of vehicles.
- Ensure proper installation and calibration of automotive glass.
- Safely handle and install all types of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the repair process.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an automotive glass technician. 5+ Years preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.-
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift and handle automotive glass safely.
