2015 Ford F-150 5.0L engine. Customer came from Montreal to Chelsea/Wakefield for a day trip. On their way home, vehicle lost tons of coolant with a loud grinding noise coming from the front. We stayed late and worked as fast as we could to get them ready for their 2h drive and back home. Inside of the water pump assembly blew. Luckily they avoided further damage.

2014 E350 with a P0021-77 Intake camshaft adjuster bank 2. Small rattle on cold start, engine light on.
Intake camshaft actuator replacement with timing chain adjustment and chain tensioner replacement.
