3 Things That Can Kill Your Battery Early 🔋

Car batteries don’t always last as long as they should — and sometimes your driving habits or other issues are the reason.

🚗 Lots of short trips — Your battery may not get enough time to fully recharge.
🔧 Corrosion — Buildup around the terminals can interfere with the electrical connection.
⚡ Electrical draws — Something pulling power while the car is off can slowly drain the battery.

Premium fuel isn’t automatically “better” for your car. The main difference is the octane rating.

Premium gas has a higher octane rating, which helps prevent engine knocking in vehicles designed for higher-performance fuel. But for most cars, regular gas is exactly what the engine was built to use.

So, will filling up with premium give you more power or make your car run better? Usually, no. If your vehicle doesn’t require or recommend it, you’re likely just spending extra money at the pump.
