Job Location: Oakville

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Front-desk Customer Service/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, customer service and clerical tasks. You will be the first point of contact at our Oakville location.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet the visitors to our shop and direct them to appropriate personnel.
Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
Reply to emails
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email.
Enter data
Give quotes to enquirers / leads
Order glass and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings

Job Requirements:

Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and Proactive
Organizational skills
Multi-tasking and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
Prior experience in a similar profile would be a plus.
Experienced working in email and Microsoft office - Excel.

Work Days and Timings:

5-6hrs work at office; 9 am onwards
5 days a week.
Wednesdays and Sundays are off days.

Total 25-30 hrs per week

Salary details:

15-20 CAD per hour

Job Requirements:

Driving license
No criminal record
Prior experience in a similar position would be a plus.

Work Days and Timings:

5-6 days a week;
Mon-Fri - 9am to 5pm
Sat - 9am to 3 pm

Salary details:
We offer competitive compensation.
Salary will be negotiated during the interview based on experience and expertise.
