1. Permanent Stains & Pre-existing Damage
While our detailing process utilizes high-end equipment and advanced agitation techniques, please be aware that permanent stains and pre-existing physical damage cannot be removed or repaired through cleaning alone.
Interior: Certain substances (such as dyes, inks, bleach, or long-term salt corrosion) may permanently discolor or weaken fabric, leather, and carpet fibers.
Exterior: Deep scratches, clear coat failure, rock chips, or etched bird droppings may require paint correction or bodywork rather than a standard detail. (which will be available soon)
Results: Guarantee the most thorough cleaning possible, but cannot restore surfaces that have been chemically or physically altered beyond the reach of professional detailing.

Surface Safe: All chemicals, pH-neutral cleaners, and protectants are specifically formulated for automotive use and are guaranteed safe for all standard vehicle surfaces when applied by our trained specialists.
