Hello friends,
Our family garage is looking for a service writer to join our team.
We operate a 5 bay garage (automotive mechanical repair facility) and have been in business since 1939.
Applicants should possess excellent customer service skills, computer knowledge and be able to work well both on their own and in a team environment.
Daily duties would include:
- answering phones
- booking appointments
- ordering parts
- taking payment
- liaising between mechanics and customers
Knowledge of cars and car parts is an asset but we would consider training the right candidate.
