In 1987, Tim Falconi started with North Bay Toyota working summers in the clean up department. As he finished his Honors Bachelor of Commerce with Nipissing/Laurentian University he gained experience in many difference areas of the dealership before joining the team full time in 1990. During the years that followed, Tim has developed much of the same management style that the dealership was built on. He shares many of the values for which Aldo and North Bay Toyota have become known. "The car business is more about relationships than it is about the cars.
