We have two newer units we are opening to be parted out. Please see the basic price list below. Please note these units have experienced water damage.

Please note more pictures will not be uploaded. We recommend coming out to see for yourself :) . We do not normally do this but we have surplus of units waiting to be recycled. Products are priced to sell.

PART TIME WORK AVAILABLE

We are looking for a part time laborer ( immediately thru to roughly October). Roughly 3 days a week BUT there is always things to do if you want to work more hours. With the exception of August as we do get busy at that time with RV removals.

No trailer knowledge necessary but it is considered a bonus. Work begins from our location at 3139 Monck RD. A clean driving record is a must. We are willing to teach.

The type of person we are looking for is a problem solver and can work independently. Understands how to use power tools.

Types of work we do:

Restoration involving some light Electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
Site clearing including the removal of cinder blocks, patio stones, decks, sheds and RV's. Experience hauling small-medium loads and or trailers is an asset. Yard maintenance and RV recycling.

We start at minimum wage but for the right person with the right skills, we are willing to pay upwards of $25 per hour. Depending on the season there is sometimes bonuses.

It's the long weekend and we are open both Saturday and Sunday 9-2.

When was the last time you checked your roof? This is your reminder that you should be checking at least once a season. Anything that peels off nicely, peel off, scrub with a non abrasive detergent, dry and seal with self leveling Dicor. We have loads in stock at $16 a tube.

Do you have a drawer that refuses to sit nicely? There's a good chance that the little plastic holders and guides that hold your drawer may be broken! We have all shapes and sizes here for $5 each! We recommend bringing in your old one to match :)

HIRING

We are looking to hire part time help for the month of September. Potential candidate may be offered full time summer employment next season.

Candidate must have clean driving record and access to a vehicle.

Duties (include but not limited to)

- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials such as cinder blocks, patio stones and debris.

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work sites

- Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed

- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

- able to work independently with little direction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in labor, hauling or construction preferred, but not required.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
