2009 CTSV A6 in for some diagnostic work and upgrades.

Customer brought vehicle in due to lack of power...we did a quick scan of the car while the customer was there...noticed IAT2 temps out of control...up in the 185* range. These temps on these cars are not normal...either an intercooler pump has gone bad or low on coolant with in the supercharger system. Car indeed had a burnt up intercooler pump.

We upgraded the pump to one of our favorite pumps to use in our Supercharged vehicles here at the shop...the Brushless Bosch 4.5gpm unit. These little pumps fit right at home a flow some great numbers.

We also added a 2.5 griptech pulley package with solid insulator and put it back on the rollers for the required Calibration adjustments.

Car had previously been to us for calibration when the owner added a set of long tube headers and intake.

Picked up a solid 60rwhp and 60lbs over the stock pulley.

Customer has a nice little family rocket to enjoy everyday.

2001 Corvette LS1 M6 into see us for an A & A Supercharger Package. This customer previously had a nice set of long tubes paired with a cat back exhaust.

This A & A package was paired with one of our Custom 2bar SD tune packages. We believe the SD tune packages are the only way to go when using any type of forced induction on the Gen 3 platforms.

Low boost on this unit.

2008 Corvette z06 in for calibration work after the customer added a BTR trinity to his set up in preparation for his head and cam package.

The ls7 had north of 100,000km on it has never been touch, still laying down numbers like the day it was driven off the line!

2010 Corvette ZR1 Stage X.

This car has been a big project to say the least.

This car is packing one of our 427ci LSX short blocks topped with a set of Frankenstein Boost Monster heads our Custom 2650 Blower Cam and a ported Kong 2650 blower.

On pump gas and m**h today we made some strong numbers.

We are reporting some sweet numbers here...

If you would like to try your luck running this unit....it will be roaming around looking for anyone who feels big enough...but be warned this 450rwhp hits pretty hard.

1996 OBS Chevy 1500...what a project this was.

We often get the opportunity to build special vehicles for customers and we are very thankful for those opportunities. This particular customer has built multiple top caliber vehicles with us and this truck was his latest build.

This project drove in with as a stock 1996 Chevy 1500 and is now going to be heading home with a Forged Twin Turbo 6.0L power plant, fully detailed frame packing a complete ridetech protouring suspension, custom 9" rear end with big brakes on all 4 corners.

There is no detail missed on this build with everything fitting perfectly and serving a purpose...to perform.

2011 CTS-V A6 Black Diamond Edition in for a few goodies and upgrades.

This car came into see with a few modifications on it already from another shop. It came in with an upper 2.38 pulley k and n air intake and a m**h kit. This car had previously been " tuned ". We often put cars on the rollers and baseline them when they have modifications just to see where they truly are ...well this one was bad. This car laid down 467rwhp with an afr of 13.7 during the pull and 5* of knock re**rd. Not good a good start for this unit.

We took it off the rollers and got to work.

We went back to the basics on this unit and completed our Stage 2 LSA package. Simple proven package to get things flowing. We don't normally use anything but the DDP intakes now on these CTS-V cars...but this time we left the K and N on it. We added a set of 2" longtube headers and kept the oem muffler at the back to keep the stealth sleeper theme on this unit. For fueling we added a set of 850cc FIC injectors. We disabled the so called "M**h Kit"...we will be installing a proper Alky Control system for this customer in the coming weeks.

We strapped the car back down to the rollers and calibrated it properly and the results show themselves with big numbers and drivability.

When you choose to work with shops who care about results and not just running cars through the shop you get the results you want.

Do your research before spending your money, have a look at who is building these cars day in and day out while putting down tangible results.

This customer now has a great base to start building from and build from we will. The new owner of this car is close personal friend of mine and this car is going to be a serious street rocket for him and his son to enjoy for years to come.
