Extended late night service due to snowfall

We can accommodate extended service from Mon Nov 10 to Wed Nov 12 from 8:30pm to 12am. Additonal service fee of $20 per car applies.

Terms of Service
We strive to provide the best service. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. Tires will be placed in a location easily accessible. For safety, technician will not lift tires above the waist.
2. Emergency brake is engaged on vehicle at time of service.
3. If applicable, locking lug nut key will be made available to the technician.
4. In some cases the vehicle may have to be moved due to steep surface and/or close proximity to other objects.
5. For safety and at the discretion of the technician, appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions.

Code of Conduct
Good Neighbour Car Shop is commited to maining a safe, inclusive and respectful work environment. We serve customers of all cultures and backgrounds. We will not tolerate any discrimination, harassment, acts or threats of violence. Violation of our code will be subject to termination of service.

Payment Terms
Unless agreed upon prior to commencement of work, payment will be due in full upon completion. The following surcharges applies:
If rims are over 20”, a $10 surcharge applies for every inch.
If weather is under 0 degrees Celsisus, a $10 surcharge applies.
Senior discount applies to customers aged 65 and over, minimum purchase of $35 required.
Estimate is based on the information provided and is subject to change. Final price may vary depending on additional services.

Limited Liability
Good Neighbour Car Shop will not be held liable for any pre-existing condition(s) that have altered the structural and/or functional integrity of the vehicle’s frame, parts and/or components. This includes but is not limited to rusted, damaged, or stripped wheel nuts, improperly maintained emergency brake systems, weakened automobile frames, and other factors beyond the control of Good Neighbour Car Shop.

Our goal is to provide you with online access that is convenient, safe, and secure. Protecting your personal privacy and the confidentiality of your information is our primary concern.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that your schedule can change. In an effort to serve all of our customers with the best available service, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice. Appointments that are cancelled without this notice could result in a $40 cancellation fee.
