CSN Hunt Club Collision's Response To Covid-19
With Covid-19 now threatening the community we work within and serve, we as a company will be doing what we can to help curb the spread of this virus. Below is our newly enacted Covid-19 Health And Safety Procedure, which becomes in effect beginning Thursday March 19, 2020 at 12:00 a.m. At this time, we have no reported cases within our company and these measures are being put in place to help ensure the health and safety of our staff and guests.
1) We will be limiting access to our front office and request that all non-emergency estimates do not come to the shop. You may be turned away. We will still be here to assist any customer who's vehicle is in a non-drive condition, being towed in or an insurance company related claim. Should you still wish to have a estimate done, we will gladly perform a remote estimate via email. Please take photos of the damaged area as well as a couple of photos further back and the VIN plate of the vehicle. You can email this package to either [email protected] or [email protected] and we will reply back to you as soon as we can.
2) We have increased our sanitation efforts, especially in high traffic, high touch point areas. Hand sanitizer, rubber gloves and disinfectant wipes will be provided and located in these areas. ALL customers and delivery driver's, etc... WILL BE REQUIRED to use hand sanitizer prior to dealing with any staff member.
3) All CSN Hunt Club Collision staff have been instructed to utilize proper handwashing techniques on a frequent basis. We will also be sanitizing all work stations on a regular basis. All staff will also be refraining from handshaking and will practice social distancing with both each other and any customers who are on-site.
4) Any vehicles which we are working on will have the steering wheel, dash and any interior touch points sanitized and disinfected prior to any staff member driving or working on it.
We will remain open at this time, with the limited access to the general public as noted above and will continue to service and repair all vehicles currently on-site.
Thank you for your understanding as we go through this difficult time together. We will be frequently updating our customers and partners through social media as often as needed.
Sincerely,
Aaron Brown
Manager
