Over the last few years, our building has seen significant upgrades, repairs, and improvements. While our project list isn't complete yet, we are delighted with the progress and the overall transformation.
We want to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who helped make these milestones possible:
Frontier Athletics: Happy 2-year anniversary! Thank you for being exceptional tenants. We are so happy to have you here and look forward to many more years of working together.
Ramm Custom Build Contracting: JR and his team have been instrumental in executing both our major and minor projects. They are fantastic to work with, and we look forward to tackling more projects together. We couldn't have gotten this far, this quickly, without them!
Under Pressure Painting: Ira and his team painted the entire exterior, completely reviving the building and bringing it back to life.
Heritage Roofing and Sheet Metal: Eric and his team did an incredible job. We can't recommend them enough and look forward to working with them again soon.
Grizzly Care Services: Kelly and his team have been a massive help cleaning up and hauling away debris from previous years as well as from illegal dumping. Always professional and reliable.
Mountain House Outfitters: When we needed new gutters on a tight timeline, Evan stepped up with fast, excellent service.
While these are just a few of the people who have helped us over the last four years since closing our business and transitioning the space into a commercial rental, we want to thank everyone who has supported us in ways big and small.
This building has been in our family for nearly 50 years, and we are deeply grateful to everyone—past and present—who has helped us care for it. We look forward to the coming year as we tackle even more projects to keep improving the space!
