Another happy customer! 🙌🚗

As Laura Leah prepares to begin her early retirement, she decided it was the perfect time to upgrade her beloved older Tiguan. She reached out to us to explore her options, hoping to enjoy all the comfort, technology, and features of a newer vehicle without stretching her budget too far.

Jason and Heather came in considering a new or used Cross Sport, but after taking their time and exploring their options, they discovered the 2026 Tiguan Comfortline R-Line was the perfect fit!

With no kids - just yet 😉, they didn't need the extra space of a full-size SUV. Instead, they found everything they wanted in a sleek, black-on-black Tiguan. And with 0% financing options available, the timing was right!

They traded in their beloved Jetta for their next Volkswagen, continuing their loyalty to a brand they've loved for years. And when they're ready to replace their other vehicle down the road, there's a good chance it'll be another VW, maybe a Cross Sport! 💙

They came looking for a killer deal, and we made it happen! We even sent the Tiguan home with them for the night so they could really get to know it. After half a day with their new ride, the decision was unanimous. This was the one! 🙌

💙 Big smiles, big adventures, and one very cool new ride! 💙

Congratulations to Alessandro, his wife Tamar, and their two daughters on their brand-new Volkswagen ID. Buzz! ⚡️🚐

Alessandro will be putting this beauty to work for their property business, and we made sure it was ready to roll with roof racks installed and a matching pair of VW YETI cups are on the way for those cup holders. 😎

Here’s the fun part: we sold our last two new ID. Buzz units today at Harbourview Volkswagen, and Alessandro snagged one of them!

After some mixed success trying to find the right Buzz on the mainland, he decided to shop local. Turns out, the perfect fit for this Ladysmith family was just down the road in Nanaimo! 🙌

The entire process, from coordinating and negotiating to arranging delivery, happened over phone calls and texts. We finally met face-to-face on delivery day! Gotta love technology. Imagine trying to pull all that off ten years ago! 😂

While mom and dad took care of the paperwork and insurance, the girls made themselves right at home in our kids’ area, enjoying some of our house-made hot chocolate. ☕️❤️

🚙💙 SOLD! A FAMILY AFFAIR! 💙🚙

Brooke is officially driving around Nanaimo in style with her new-to-her Volkswagen Taos demo! 🎉

This one was extra special. Brooke got a fantastic lease deal, with a little help from her folks, and in a roundabout way, Grandma too! ❤️ The car she traded in was a family hand-me-down, making this more than just a vehicle purchase. It was a sentimental milestone and a true family effort.

Her dad, Greg, flew all the way in to make sure everything went smoothly and that the Taos was in perfect condition. As my new favourite Newfoundlander, he came prepared with plenty of great questions before and at delivery, and I was happy to walk him through everything and make sure everyone felt confident in the plan. A+ Dad points for getting all the ducks in a row! 👏

There was even a little extra paperwork involved, transferring the family car into Brooke's name, especially since it was registered in the Northwest Territories. And yes, it even had the cool bear licence plate to prove it! 🐻

Brooke is continuing her education at VIU and now has a stylish, reliable ride for getting around town, with the possibility of taking it back east for a visit now and then. 🚗

Brooke, Greg and Amy, thank you both for trusting me to be part of such a meaningful experience. Wishing Brooke many happy kilometres in her new Taos, and safe travels wherever the road takes her! 💙

Huge congratulations to Alex on his absolutely unreal Volkswagen Golf R Black Edition in Lapiz Blue Metallic! 💙

It was such a pleasure helping Alex and his family make this one happen. Coming from the Courtenay area, Alex had been looking around for a Volkswagen Golf R but couldn’t find the right one — or the right deal — locally. That’s what brought him down to Harbourview Volkswagen in Nanaimo, where we were able to put together what I truly believe was the best deal on the island on a Golf R while also getting him as much as possible for his trade.

After driving a truck for years, rising fuel costs and the maintenance that comes with owning a truck had him thinking about making a change — but there was one car he had always wanted to own: a Golf R.

The biggest priority was still having the confidence of all-wheel drive for his family, and the Golf R checked every box. Finding one in this stunning Lapiz Blue Metallic was just the cherry on top.

Golf Rs are becoming harder and harder to find, so when this one came along, it felt like the perfect opportunity. I know making the jump from a truck into a car — especially finally pulling the trigger on a dream car you’ve wanted for years — can be a big decision. Alex was understandably a little nervous about the trade-in value and making such a big change, but I’m incredibly grateful he trusted me and the team here at Harbourview Volkswagen to make it happen.

We were able to put together a crazy deal, make the numbers work, and most importantly, put a huge smile on Alex’s face when he finally got behind the wheel of his dream car.

🚐⚡ Congratulations, Al, on your new ID.Buzz! 🩶

Al is no stranger to vehicles with some serious speed and power. His Tesla Model S had plenty of it, and so did his plane, which he flew daily to work in Seattle for 20 years! Now THAT is what I call a commute! ✈️

After owning his second Tesla, Al decided it was time for something a little different, and an AWD Buzz was the perfect fit. With a tall family, lots of room, and plenty of personality, the Buzz just made sense.

Al and his wife Dawn were such a pleasure to work with. They’re from Parksville, and right from the start, they were an absolute joy to get to know. Dawn, who is incredibly educated and accomplished, somehow managed to raise their tall crew while being the short one in the family! 😂

Al is truly a smart, intelligent and one-of-a-kind customer, and I’m so glad I had the chance to help him with his next vehicle adventure.
