Hilah Ayers Wilderness RV Park is an affordable family-oriented resort/campground located in central Alberta at Pigeon Lake focused on bringing people together in an incredible outdoor setting. Hilah Ayers Wilderness RV Park was founded in 1987 by descendants of one of the first families to homestead land in the Mulhurst Bay area. Several generations of the family spent so much time exploring the
fields and camping underneath the stars that eventually a decision was made to turn that passion into a lifestyle. Seemingly endless hours have been spent transforming the property and although the hard work continues, the effort has been well worthwhile. Beauty lies in Alberta's backyard and we want to share our little slice of paradise with everyone. Nestled among towering spruce trees mere meters from the shores of Pigeon Lake are over 200 picturesque RV lots available for seasonal rent at Hilah Ayers. Overnight campsites are also plentiful and reservations are encouraged. A plethora of amenities featured at the park include a food trailer with a wide range of delicious menu options, mini golf, a volleyball court, horseshoe pits, playground equipment, an outdoor movie theatre, a stage for performances, showers, laundry, a dumping station, security cameras, and automatic gates, among others. Competitive lease rates are offered, which includes utilities and year round storage, but the resort itself is open seasonally from May 1st – September 30th, weather permitting. We try to extend camping seasons so long as conditions are favorable, but anticipate the aforementioned dates accordingly. Our dedicated staff and loyal volunteers host a variety of events and activities all season long, so the fun really never ends.
