Steve Smith Auto Sales Ltd. is seeking a full-time 18 month maternity leave replacement for a Receptionist/Bookkeeping position beginning late February / early March 2022.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Answering Phone
Booking Appointments
Greeting Customers
Quoting & Invoicing
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Management
Payroll
Bank Reconciliations
Receiver General Remittances
Bank Deposits
Parts Inventory & Ordering
Car Sale Paperwork / Licensing
Working with Sage 50 (Simply Accounting Software)
& more administrative duties.

Experience in the bookkeeping field is an asset but we are willing to train the right person. Recent Office/Business Administration graduates will also be highly considered.

Monday - Friday (No Weekends)
