Estimados clientes:
Tras más de 30 años increíbles resolviendo problemas y manteniendo sus vehículos en funcionamiento, les escribimos para compartirles una noticia agridulce: Hemos decidido cerrar nuestras puertas.

Esta decisión no ha sido fácil, pero es la mejor. Durante más de tres décadas, ha sido un honor servir a esta comunidad, no solo como su mecánico, sino como alguien en quien confiaron algo tan importante como su vehículo. Ya sea un cambio de aceite rutinario o una avería en la carretera, me ha encantado ayudarles.

Quiero expresarles mi más sincero agradecimiento por su lealtad y apoyo a lo largo de los años. Algunos de ustedes han estado conmigo desde el principio. Muchos se convirtieron en más que clientes: se convirtieron en amigos. Agradezco cada conversación, cada taza de café y cada historia que compartieron mientras su auto estaba en el elevador.
Aunque el taller esté cerrando, los recuerdos y las relaciones que forjé aquí siempre permanecerán conmigo. Gracias por permitirme ser parte de sus vidas y por confiarme sus vehículos durante todos estos años.

Dear Valued Customers,

After more than 30 incredible years of solving problems, and keeping your vehicles on the road, we are writing to share some bittersweet news: We have decided to close our doors.

This decision hasn't been easy but is best. For over three decades, it’s been my honor to serve this community—not just as your mechanic, but as someone you trusted with something as important as your vehicle. Whether it was a routine oil change or a breakdown on the side of the road, I’ve been happy to help you.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks for your loyalty and support over the years. Some of you have been with me from the very beginning. Many of you became more than customers—you became friends. I’m grateful for every conversation, every cup of coffee, and every story you shared while your car was on the lift.
Though the shop is closing, the memories and relationships built here will always stay with me. Thank you for letting me be a part of your lives and for trusting me with your vehicles all these years.

Doors will officially close on June 30th.

EL MONO REMAINS OPEN FOR BUSINESS

We are committed to serving the fleets and essential service workers that rely on their vehicles to travel to and from their jobs during this crisis.

During this trying time, we are following Health Canada's guidelines and are taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees.
We are operating with minimal staff at minimal hours, and are sanitizing high-traffic surface areas throughout the day
