A member of the OPP TIME Team stopped this vehicle for the second time in a year, for the same offences. The officer observed the vehicle travelling on near Moodie Drive, shortly before 9am. The Ministry of Transportation assisted with the stop and conducted an inspection of the vehicle as well. Officers found a vice grip being used to hold the brake line together. A total of nine charges were laid against the driver and his company. The plate was seized and the vehicle was taken out of service.
