About Us: JT All Season Motorsports is a premier BRP dealership specializing in the sales and service of Ski-Doo, Can-Am, and Sea-Doo. With a commitment to excellence, we are dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and maintaining the highest standards in powersports products. To support our growing service department, we are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Powersports Mechanic to join our team.
Job Description: As a Powersports Mechanic, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing BRP products to ensure the continued satisfaction of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powersports or automotive mechanics, a passion for working with BRP products, and a commitment to delivering quality service.
Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BRP powersports products, including Ski-Doo's, Can-Am ATV and SxS, and Sea-Doo's.
• Troubleshoot and identify issues with engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and other components.
• Conduct routine inspections and adhere to service schedules to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to prioritize and complete repair orders in a timely manner.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair powersports vehicles.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and technical advancements.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a powersports or automotive mechanic, with a focus on BRP products preferred.
• Familiarity with Ski-Doos, Can-Ams, and Sea-Doos and their respective systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications or training in powersports mechanics is a plus.
