❄️ Get your sled ready for the season with a 2-Stroke Snowmobile Basic Tune-Up at DB Powersports!

Our basic tune-up includes:

✔️ Chaincase oil check
✔️ Change spark plugs
✔️ Clean carbs, where equipped
✔️ Check and adjust chain tension
✔️ Check and adjust track tension
✔️ Check over and grease

Parts—including replacement spark plugs—are extra. Clutch inspection and any additional work are not included in the basic tune-up.

No appointment needed—bring your sled in to get it in our service line. Please allow time for service and any parts or additional repairs your machine may need.

❄️ Before that first start, give your sled a look over!

After months in storage, take a few minutes—with the engine off—to check:

🔍 Leaks underneath and around fuel lines and hoses.
🍂 Nests, debris, blocked openings, or chewed wiring.
🛢️ Fuel, oil, and coolant levels, as applicable to your machine.
🔋 Battery condition, charge, and secure connections, if equipped.
🛠️ Smooth throttle return, brake operation, and steering movement.

Follow your owner’s manual for the correct checks and starting procedure, and always start your sled outdoors.

If you find a fuel leak, damaged wiring, or sticking controls, have the problem addressed before starting. These basic checks are a starting point—not a complete preseason inspection.

The 509 Kingpin snow goggles combine a quick-change lens system with dual-pane lenses, anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings, and comfortable triple-layer face foam.

Different lenses suit different conditions:

☀️ **Bright sunshine:** Smoke-based tints help reduce incoming light.
☁️ **Overcast or low light:** Options such as Yellow HCS, Amber HCS, and Light Rose HCS are designed for these conditions.
🌙 **Night riding:** A clear lens lets more light through.
🌤️ **Changing light:** Photochromatic options adjust their tint within a specific range.

The mirror colour alone doesn’t tell you how dark a lens is—check its underlying tint and light-transmission rating.

Bring your sled in for repairs and preseason maintenance so you can get ready for the snow. If you finished last season with a starting problem, an unusual noise, or something that just didn’t feel right, tell us when you drop it off.

🛠️ No appointment needed—bring your sled in to get it in our service line. Drop-off doesn’t mean work begins that day, so please allow time for diagnosis, parts, and repairs.

Don’t wait until your first planned ride to tackle last season’s problems!

❄️ The right lens isn’t just about colour—it’s about the light you ride in.

The 509 Aviator 2.0 goggles feature a curved toric lens for a wide field of view, a 5MAG magnetic system for quick lens changes, and an over-the-glasses design compatible with most glasses frames. Try them with your glasses and helmet to check your fit.

Which lens suits your ride?

🌙 Clear: Night riding and low-light conditions.
☁️ Light Rose HCS or Amber HCS: Overcast and low light. HCS—High Contrast Spectrum—helps bring out terrain details.
🌤️ Chrome Mirror Light Blue HCS: Partly cloudy to sunny conditions.
☀️ Smoke or Red Mirror Smoke: Bright, sunny conditions.
🔄 Photochromatic Clear to Blue: Adjusts its tint as light changes; recommended for low light to partly cloudy conditions.
✨ Polarized options: Reduce reflected glare from surfaces such as snow. Choose the specific tint for your lighting conditions—polarized doesn’t automatically mean a dark, sunny-day lens.

Mirror colour alone doesn’t tell you how much light a lens lets through. Check the full lens name and its recommended conditions.

Your goggles come with their matched lens; additional lenses are sold separately. Confirm compatibility with your specific Aviator model before ordering.
