The panel with the damage isn't always the only panel we need to paint.
When a repaired or replaced panel is refinished, the colour may need to be blended into an adjacent panel to achieve a seamless colour match.
For example, if we're painting a new fender, we may blend the colour into the front door.
That doesn't mean the door was damaged — it's part of achieving a professional finish so you don't end up with one panel that looks slightly different from the rest of your vehicle.
