I hope everyone has enjoyed their summer and made good memories. I am posting to remind folks that the rainy season is coming soon and with that for some it’s going to mean that there’s repairs to do. Sealing to be done or perhaps you may need a new roof. The one thing you can do to retain the value of your unit is to properly reseal the sidewalls and roof. Most don’t do the proper maintenance till it’s too late and the cost is exponentially more because it isn’t just the leak you have to deal with but the damaged insulation, damaged wood, delaminating wall board, dry rot which is a fungus and can over take a whole trailer and rot it from the inside out. This isn’t a scare tactic folks these are the facts. I have seen it time and time again. With the products we use it won’t just keep your unit dry for a few months to a year or two but will in fact seal it up for years to come. I did my own trailer 13 years ago and find that it needs just a lil attention now. Consider us as we use tried and tested products from the residential and commercial side of construction as apposed to the lesser or weak products sold within the RV market. Also we are looking for a farm or bush property to set up a shop using 2 wood sided shipping containers and prefab panels (no concrete placed) for those bigger jobs we cant do in the field. I would be happy to clear a small piece of land to do this and ship gravel in to give us an area to work and live in as I live in my own trailer. I was in construction for 30 self employed years before I got into this industry and I can promise that it wouldn’t be an eyesore and that things would be kept in an orderly fashion. I am only a few years in this industry and just trying to make the next step into building a business that is built a round integrity that will take care of me one day. I can also offer construction services as well possibly in trade as I can literally build anything. Good morning to all. I know I’ve posted in the past, with thoughts and suggestions, not forgetting those who have helped us get to where we are. As often life gets busy, and the struggle is hard, and we forget, sometimes to stop, smell the roses so to speak, and remember those than help get to the places that we are at. and this is one of those moments for me now, where I want to lift up, someone has been there for me through thick and thin. Who even had a hand and was involved in raising me. That is my big sister. My sister Shelly. She’s always been there for me through thick and thin. Never stood idle, when I needed a hand, and was always there to steer me in the right direction. Gives freely, of her time to others. A woman who never stops learning, trying to be a better person, expanding her knowledge, so that she can help others. A woman who strong in her faith, and her abilities as a sister, a mom,  a wife, and a daughter. Who has gone above and beyond in all measures that I have observed, In all my days. Has not been scared to admit fault, has done so openly,  and stood firm in her beliefs and convictions. For me, she has been fine example of the person I would strive to be. And all around great woman, and a fine human being.
It has been a struggle starting this business, all the way along. A massive learning curve. And I have made many mistakes. There of been people that have helped me through this struggle. And they know who they are, but above all of them, my sister has been there for me. For advice, for guidance, for helping hand, to lend me her last 50 bucks to get me through the next couple days, when I was broke, to help me with laundry, when my laundry machines broke. To bring me into her home and feed me when we were tight for funds. Thank you Shelly. I love you dearly! You have been an inspiration to me. Thank you for bein my big sister. I am also looking for a new home base. If you have a barn you aren’t using, or even a spot on your property where we could put a temporary shop out of two shipping comtainers built tactfully so it’s not an eyesore as I have been a self employed carpenter for over 32 years. There won’t be a ton of trailers on your property less my own to live in and my two flat deck trailers. We would only have one or two trailers we will work on at a time so your yard isn’t cluttered. I Am looking for somewhere in the Whonnock area, Ruskin, east Maple Ridge, north Maple Ridge preferably on farm property. We are low key and won’t be advertising the property location. Sometimes in life as we struggle for the things we want the most, we fail. Or perhaps disappointments happen along the way forcing you down a path you don’t want to go. Don’t let this get you down. Refocus and declare a positive outcome. Dust yourself off and change the path your forced to go down to a positive and in refocusing your efforts you will usually find exactly what your looking for, by letting the things you want the most go and you’ll find your greatest desires, in other people, other directions, and with a positive attitude and diligence your greatest desires will land in your lap. And with a little time. The disappointments fade, and you find what your looking for in others and I’m ways you’d not expect. This is what I declare for myself and in my business and personal life. I am thankful and grateful for a business that begins to take care of me, and continues to till the end of my days. Also someone to live out the rest of my days in happiness and joy living out our greatest adventures, and finding our greatest desires and dreams come to fruition! I wish this for all of you feeling spent, disappointed and emotional seeing no way out. For those out there working their butts off and feeling that your not able to get to where you want to be in business and in your personal lives. I pray your desires and dreams come to fruition as I declare them for myself. Keep your chin up. Don’t let things get you down. Just refocus, be positive, declaring a positive outcome always being thankful, grateful and content in the moment. And all your desires will come!

Intrinsic RV repair is my business. Hello I am David McKee. This is a little outside of what pertains to business but this morning I was led to say this. As we go through life we all make mistakes. I have made many. Even since I started this business a year and a half ago. I did it with help from the love of my life Sarah. She helped me when no other would. Worked along side me all those endless hours. She stood beside me when I was alone. And in my darkest hour, saved me, and was my lifeline when I needed one.
Mistakes are inevitable. It’s how we deal with the mistakes that we’ve made that make us the people that we are. One of the reasons I’ve always made a practice of owning my mistakes. Something that I think is really important in business. It’s also important in our personal lives, where I have failed miserably as of late. Often as time goes by, we’ve probably taken advantage of our partners, in life a time or two. As they’re always there. They always love us. And they’re always there to pick us up when we fall. Help us dust ourselves off, and get back in the saddle, and help us pick up the pieces when we crunch. Yet there they are along side of us through thick and thin. We often tend to get busy with our daily lives, running a business, and enduring the hardships of life, and trying to grow our businesses into something that can take care of us one day. This is hard enough as it is. But I think we’re all guilty, of not appreciating the people that stand behind us, especially through the toughest times in our lives. And sometimes we take advantage of the most important people in our lives. Our mates, our partners, our husbands and wives the people that we just assume will always be there. I think through our busiest and toughest times, we forget to just be thankful for them, our loyal partners. Appreciate them. Show our love and appreciation. But most importantly, take the time for to notice them. I have been guilty of this in the past and I want to say this. Thank you Sarah, for standing behind me, for helping me through all those difficult times. For helping me through the times, where I was difficult to be around, preoccupied, self absorbed and obtuse. Thank you for standing beside me in my darkest hours and my hardest times and for helping me, in those hours through the night trying to get someone on the road, out the door, and for picking those locks for those that have locked their animals or little ones in the trailers by accident and doing so with ease and confidence that made the owners more relaxed and at peace. For all those 16 hour days, day in and day out, 7 days a week. For those times when we had nothing in our fridge, using your experience in the bush to go pick fiddle heads (which are caustic or kinda poison unless cooked properly) and cooking them to taste delicious. Except that one time. Lol. For teaching me about fish and water foul and things of the sea. As prior to you, I was oblivious about. I have learned much from you. I love our adventures. My very favourite thing about you. I love ‘em. Wandering through the forest in search of some desired destination in the middle of the night. Late night catch and release fishing something I never really thought was a thing, as I couldn’t fish to save my life. Thank you for teaching me those things that I wasn’t good at, for loving me when I wasn’t so easy to love. I appreciate you! I love you. With all my heart. Forgive me for ever taking advantage of you. Because you’re the most important person in my life! I want you to know this. Because to me, I build this business, so that you and me can enjoy our latter days. Fulfil our dreams. Travel. Get to our next adventure. Achieve our goals. To do this alone, or without you would never be the same as I wouldn’t be complete. Because you are the part of me that I truly cherish the most, and sometimes completely oblivious, of all that you have done for me. I am not a weak man by any means. I am strong, because of you. You’ve stood beside me, through some tough times. Thank you love.
I think at times, we forget the loved ones that have stood behind us, helped us, protected us and supported us through our toughest times. Sometimes forgetful of their needs and wishes, always assuming that they will be there. I say this to all the business owners out there, not to forget those who stood beside YOU, when you were coming up. When you were starting out, and building up YOUR business in those tough times and struggles you’ve endured in your life. Those that stood alongside you in your darkest hours, quietly. When there was nothing else to do except just be there. I am thankful for that person in my life, my mate, Sarah. She has been that person for me. Love. You are important to me. I love you more than anything. And will be there along side you, till the end of my days.

With the mild winter we are having book us in to seal your RV as with a mild winter comes lots of rain in an environment where we already get a lot. We have modular tenting where we can heat a side and seal it and move around your rv even in the harshest of weather. The products we use aren’t out of the overpriced RV market that, in my opinion are designed to fail. We source our products out of the residential market, that we know work from experience in the construction trade for over 32 years prior to changing careers to being an RV tech. Our sealants have excellent bonding agents built into the polyurethane caulk and have a 30% expandibility. For example, I sealed my RV 12 years ago. And since has been parked in a field where I live, in the elements, season after season, without a cover, and after 12 years needs some mild attention now. That’s more than any RV product can boast. Plus we warrantee our installed sealing products and workmanship for 2 years which is four times longer than anyone else is backing their products and workmanship. We are able to do this because we carve all the old product out. Clean the surfaces to be bonded to thouroghly, and once caulking is placed tool out the bead to be aesthetically, pleasing and consistent throughout. With regards to a reroofing projects, we source out our products from the residential construction market. Where we are able to provide a product twice a stick, and that is 25% more cost-effective. We consider the products that we use to be the best, and has taken us much time and experience to source out. And is why we are confident in being able to provide a two year warranty to our customers.
