REO progress... I've said many times before that an LS engine is ugly from a visual standpoint and with no hood sides on the truck it has to look good. Tough task but I think it'll get there once the ugly parts are hidden from view

From the family archives... my son rolled in with his toy the other day, a '62 Falcon Futura that he built with the help of dad. The same car that my dad and I built when I was a teenager. Third generation, and a lifetime of memories. This is one reason why I think classic cars will always be around. Sure, there's trends, market downturns, owners passing and so on, but they're all waiting to be rediscovered at some point by that kid on a bike yelling "nice car mister!"

REO progress... while waiting for parts to proceed with the fuel rail covers I made this panel to seal off the view of the box underside. Looks simple enough, but if for some reason the gas tank ever needs to be removed then it has to break down for accessing the bolts. All this while looking like there's nothing complicated

That talented and long time friend Omer Gee working his magic on the dash of Project '56. Laying down the leather and pulling it into place made for a great moment on the build. The end result is, for lack of a better term, stunning

Some more 56 shots... It might seem like a lot of jumping around, but while waiting for the dash stuff, other things can be taken care of. In this case, polishing the rear body makes way for installing the bumper, which needs to be installed when it goes for its custom exhaust.
