We are looking for a GENERAL MANAGER to lead our Halifax operation.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including:
• Sales volume and profitability
• Leadership and development of managers and team members
• Customer experience and reputation management
• Inventory performance and aging management
• Lead management and sales process ex*****on
• Financial performance versus business plan
• Accountability, coaching, and performance management
• Operational excellence across all departments
• Building and maintaining a winning culture
You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team and have the support of centralized accounting, marketing, inventory, recruiting, technology, and operational resources that allow you to focus on leading the business and developing people.

Compensation & Benefits 💰
This position offers an expected earnings opportunity of $150,000–$200,000+ annually, consisting of a competitive salary, performance-based compensation, and significant upside tied to the success of the business.
