We’re hiring! Leavens Automotive Group is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team in London, Ontario.

In this full-time, in-office role, you’ll work with dealership team members across our group to create engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content that showcases our vehicles, people, promotions, services, and customer experiences.

You’ll be responsible for:

Creating and editing social-media videos, Reels, vehicle walkarounds, employee features, and promotional content

Photographing vehicles, dealership teams, and customer deliveries

Managing social-media content across our dealership brands

Updating websites with promotions, banners, staff photos, blog posts, and other content

Supporting SEO, content planning, and digital marketing initiatives

Travelling to dealership locations throughout Southwestern Ontario

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in social media, photography, videography, video editing, website updates, and digital marketing. The role is full-time and offers $41,000–$45,000 annually.

The Leavens Auto Group is seeking a hands-on, strategically minded Vice President of Operations to lead operational performance across our multi-brand dealerships in London and Southwestern Ontario.



The VP of Operations will work closely with General Managers and dealership leadership teams to:



✔ Drive operational performance and profitability
✔ Develop and coach dealership leaders
✔ Improve customer satisfaction and CSI results
✔ Build accountability through disciplined follow-up and ex*****on
✔ Promote operational excellence across the group



The ideal candidate has extensive multi-store automotive leadership experience, a proven track record of improving profitability and operations, and is comfortable holding General Managers and managers accountable while providing practical, in-store coaching and support.

Maintenance / Groundskeeping Contract – Leavens Auto Group (London)

We’re hiring a Groundskeeping & Maintenance Associate on a full-time contract to help keep our dealership properties clean, safe, and looking sharp.

✅ Full-time contract, Monday–Friday days
✅ Occasional Saturday only as needed (weather/projects)
✅ Outdoor work, variety of maintenance and cleaning projects
✅ Join a well-established, reputable automotive group

You’ll be:

Maintaining outdoor areas (lots, walkways, entrances)

Handling interior and exterior cleaning projects (deep cleans, power-washing, tidying shop/storage areas)

Doing light maintenance and general labour tasks as needed

Supporting managers with special projects around the properties

Hourly rate: 18.00–21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
