It’s funny the amount of customers that take their trucks to “reputable” shops only to be told the ball joints are no good because the pin in the upper ball joint moves vertically.

Here’s our sticker to deal with mechanics that have installed “thousands” of joints and have no clue the ram ball joint moves like that.

It’s our “Open box before eating pizza” sticker.

1963 Do-All C-70 Automatic Band Saw was built to last - just like our products. This bad boy was recovered from a scrap yard and has been in our shop for over 20 years making hundreds of thousands of cuts.

Great video from a customer 🤝
He demonstrates adjusting his lower balljoints himself on the shop floor with no fancy tools.
This is a local Alberta truck with over 600,000km on the joints and well over a million on the truck !

Adjusting the lower ball joints on a 2014 Ram 3500 4x4 dually as you would do on a daily driven vehicle versus on a bench axle mock up.

EMF Ford Superduty Ball Joints (also fit 94-99 Dodge Ram 2500/3500) are Designed, Manufactured and Assembled in Alberta, Canada to last in Canadian weather. These EMF Dana 60 Ball Joints can be TIGHTENED if there’s any play in them by backing a set screw out and tightening the ring. They can also be rebuilt with new internal components down the road if you ever need to. Like all of our products, they are Made in Canada with USA 4140 HTSR Chromoly Steel and Nitrided here in Alberta, Canada to provide long lasting corrosion resistance.

What happens to the blems /junk parts in the shop? Well usually they sit in a bin and it makes you want to throw up looking at the waste.

I came in today and this work of art was sitting on the bench.
