We were blessed with a beautiful gift from one of our long time customers here at DJs.
But what we are more blessed with here at DJs are the customers themselves.
This customer who will most likely see this post has been with us for several years now and has seen us learn, grow, stumble and succeed.
They have seen us at our best and they have seen us at our worst.
And even in our imperfection they still took the time to create this beautiful gift.
As a business it is very difficult to be perfect at all times, and as much as we want to be flawless we still sometimes come up short.
We make mistakes, we screw up, and sometimes we don't make the best judgement calls.
But there are two very important things that we do any time we make a mistake.
1. We own up to our mistakes
2. We make them right
