This was a different one to say the least! 2020 mahindra roxor. What a unit!! Customer wanted a better ride so we installed some new bilstein shocks all around for a smoother off road experience. Installed some signal lights, gps mount and a blue tooth speaker/ stereo system to enjoy their favorite tunes!!

Bit of a different job then normal but hey why not give it a shot, always able to learn new jobs! This one is a commercial washer used to clean floor mats. Customer called to see if I would attempt to replace the main bearing and why not give something new a try!

Many hours of attempts and head scratching went into it but we got er done ! Second picture is the main shaft, bearing and housing assembly which I replaced.

Now that we’re finally getting a bit of snow feel free to reach out to get those sleds ready to rip!

Didn’t get progress pics of this one. This one came in with a coolant leak. Due to the rad being part of the tunnel the suspension and track had to be taken out, which also entailed the full gearbox to be removed. Found and fixed the leak then reassembled everything back to normal. Now it just needs snow !!

Been a busy fall so far, just forget to take pictures! 😅

2 units for the 1 client here.
Sled came in wouldnt start without pruning. Carb cleaning and tuning to get er ready for the snow!
Generator came in an wouldn’t start. Started with a carb clean but still the same. Compression test determined some internal issues, removed the valve cover to inspec and the culprit was a stuck open exhaust valve. Removed the head, cleaned up the valves and gave er a shot, 2nd pull and away she went like brand new!
