🗓️March 2027: Committee recommendations are submitted to the Horse Racing Alberta Board of Directors for final consideration and approval.

How the Process Works
1) Stakeholders submit proposed rule changes.
2) HRA Administration, Judges, and Stewards review submissions.

4) The Regulatory & Licensing Committee reviews all feedback and recommendations.
5) The HRA Board of Directors votes on proposed changes.
6) Approved rule changes are posted and communicated to stakeholders.
