Well… apparently we’ve been making some waves. 💦😂

We had NO idea we were even in the running, so finding out we took home PLATINUM in Water Services was a pretty damn good surprise. 😬🏆

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who voted, recommended us, called us, tagged us, and trusted us to keep the water flowing. We appreciate the balls out of you. ❤️

Nanaimo, you really know how to make two water-hauling ladies feel good. 😉

We’re looking for a new lot to rent for Island Water Hauling as we have to be out of our current location by the end of the month.

We need enough space to park 5 water trucks and a sea can, preferably somewhere between Cedar and the highway. Power would be great but isn’t a deal breaker.

If anyone knows of anything available, or has some space they’d be interested in renting out, please send me a message!

Feel free to share 😄

Earth Day 🌎💧
We see every day just how important water really is — and how fast it can run out.

We’ll keep showing up with the trucks…
you just help take care of it 😉

So today was International Women’s Day… and somehow we completely missed celebrating it.

Instead we were busy doing the usual: taking kids to baseball, cleaning the house, answering calls, moving water, and getting everything ready for the week ahead for the family and work.

So technically we did celebrate International Women’s Day… just in the most accurate way possible: being busy women and trying to hold it all together.

Here’s to the women building businesses, raising families, and somehow keeping everything afloat — even when we forget to celebrate ourselves. 💧💪

We’re thrilled to announce that Island Water Hauling has won Platinum in the CommunityVotes Nanaimo 2025 Awards for Water Services.

This award means so much to us, and we want to thank our amazing community for your support — without you, we’d just be a big truck full of water with nowhere to go. We also want to give a huge shout-out to our incredible team, whose hard work and dedication keep the water flowing every single day.

Congratulations as well to the other winners in our category — it’s an honour to be recognized alongside you.

Here’s to keeping taps flowing, pools full, and wells topped up across Nanaimo and beyond.

Honoured to have received the Platinum Award last year. I’m a little late to the ball this year, as voting opened August 24, but we’d love your support again to keep the streak going.

Thank you, Nanaimo, for trusting us and making this possible.

💧 Water Haulers & Water Warriors — we need your help!

We’re a local water hauling company, and this season, delays and limited fill site access are making things hard for both haulers and residents.

If you’re hauling your own water (even small tanks in pickup trucks), we’d love your input!

📝 We’re collecting feedback to present to the City — more fill sites = shorter wait times for everyone.

Had to repost… because it’s so funny 😂
