Today was a special one at Lacombe Ford as we gathered for lunch to celebrate the retirement of two incredible members of our team — Dale Andersen and Harold Hutchison. 🎉

So many of our customers, friends, and community members know Dale and Harold, and for good reason — both have made a lasting impact on Lacombe Ford and the people we serve.

Dale has been part of our Sales Department for 11 years. His commitment to his customers has earned him numerous Summit and Peak awards from Ford over the years, but perhaps his greatest accomplishment is the trust, loyalty, and friendships he has built with so many customers along the way.

Harold has been with Lacombe Ford for an incredible 28 years. His leadership, knowledge, and expertise have helped shape and mentor countless technicians over the years. He has earned the trust of generations of customers and teammates alike, and his impact will be felt here for many years to come.

Two leaders. Two incredible careers. And a tremendous contribution to the Lacombe Ford story. ❤️

More Community Support Through Our Local Incentive!

We’re excited to share that we had amazing customers who chose to buy local and give back through the Lacombe Ford Initiative over the past few weeks!

A donation was given to Bentley FCSS, helping to make a difference in our community by providing programs and services that benefit families, youth, and seniors.

Support was provided to Lacombe 4H Association, helping youth in our community learn more about agriculture, leadership, and hands-on skills that prepare them for the future.

Contributions were made to Lacombe Food Bank, helping ensure local families have access to essential groceries and support.

We're proud to give a donation to Lacombe Minor Softball, supporting local youth by helping provide opportunities for kids to stay active, build teamwork skills, and enjoy the game of softball in our community.

Funding was provided to J.S. McCormick Playground Build to help bring a new and exciting space to our community where local children and families can play, connect, and make memories together.

Support was given to Lacombe & District Big Brothers Big Sisters while they're mentorship programs that help local youth build meaningful relationships, develop confidence, and reach their full potential.
