A new nuclear-inspired cooling technology has been developed that could change how AI data centres manage heat and energy use. The startup Ferveret has adapted an approach from nuclear reactors to cool chips without water while significantly reducing electricity consumption. This is a step in the right direction toward a more sustainable future for the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure sector 🌱

This is the stud welding station that we previously posted in action — from the point of view of the robot itself! It produces the parts you see being welded every 12.5 seconds, and it has a water cooling system due to its high cycle time and the intense heat produced by the process to keep components cool and ensure the process is reliable.
