ATHLETIC THERAPY

High Performance Recovery was founded to allow Kemptville and surrounding area to benefit from Athletic Therapy; a specialized approach to the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Acute injuries will benefit from Athletic Therapy due to thorough assessments and rehabilitation techniques promoting fast, efficient and effective recovery. Chronic injuries will also benefit from the ability to find the cause of injury and treat the cause of injury. Athletic Therapy encourages individuals to return to activity, work or everyday life happy, healthy and pain free. CUSTOM KNEE + OFF THE SHELF BRACES

A certified First Responder is available to cover athletic events, football, hockey, soccer, races etc. Provided by First Responder:

Hi all, SPRING AND SUMMER are fast approaching! Why not join us at Kemptville Physiotherapy Centre for some Nordic Pole Walking. It is a great way to get back into summer shape and enjoy the outdoors!
We are running classes every Wednesday beginning April 22 2015.
Beginner Class will begin at 10am
Intermediate/Advanced class will begin at noon

FULL BODY BLAST!

Come join us at Kemptville Physiotherapy Centre for the FULL BODY BLAST ran by our own Certified Athletic Therapist Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm. These classes will include a 10 station circuit targeting different areas of the body while incorporating cardio. Classes will include a proper warm up and cool down to ensure safe integration into exercise while preventing injuries. This class is open to all individuals looking to sculpt those muscles, look and feel great for the upcoming summer season! Let’s blast that body fat!!
