Job Qualifications:

Company of Cars is looking for a full time lot attendant to join our team of passionate individuals. The core objective of the Lot Attendant is to support the operation of the Company of Cars team and its’ customers. This is a dynamic and fast paced position at a quickly growing dealership. The Lot Attendant’s ability to efficiently detail inventory and maintain the lot is key to our organization’s ongoing success.

A successful applicant must posses the following personal qualifications:

Highly organized with the ability to get on task quickly and stay focused.
Excellent time management skills; the capacity to work unsupervised as well as be a team member
Must be able to think on their feet and make decisions that support customer service excellence
Strong attention to detail
A valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record, as well the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

Your key responsibilities would include:

Provide professional, positive and energetic support to the sales and service teams and our clients
Preparing vehicles for showing and delivery
Keeping the dealership and lot clean, organized and efficient
Perform errands (such as shuttling cars and/or customers) as requested
Assist sales and shop personnel with general duties

We opened the doors of the first Company of Cars retail location in 2008 after more than ten years mixing it up in the hyper competitive automotive wholesale business. Originally located on the corner of Broadway and Quebec just outside downtown Vancouver, we moved our store in 2014 to a new larger space at 1502 Boundary Road on the Burnaby / Vancouver border.
